I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vichy Thermalia Spa Hôtel in Moulay Yacoub, Fes, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of tranquility and relaxation. A great institution, more professional, more comfortable for recreation, energy recovery, great staff, it was a good stay, as well as a great SPA service and reasonable price .we will come back again, I recommend this beautiful place.

Clean modern and spacious rooms with very comfortable single beds . Very calm and sirene . Spa is the best in Morocco !
Packages include b&b , half and full boards .
I would take breakfast and order a la carte because the gourmet meal choices are much more !

Wow this hotel is unbelievably good, perfection in every little detail, the service in the reception was really nice and the receptionists english was on point, it is a fancy hotel for the person who wants to add a little bit of luxury to their life,unfortunately I didn't have time to check out the spa, but I took a bath on their pool and it was really nice and calming, the only complaint is that there were hundreds of wasps, but it's not a big deal, the wasps wasn't angry, they just minded their own business, thay had parasols and beach chairs, it was really nice, and they had two showers so you could get clean before jumping into the pool, there were only one shower that was working. When I came into the room and saw the beds I felt like I was treated like royalty, the shower had multiple options of how the water came out, there was a big shower in the ceeling too, it took 1 minute for the hot water to reach the shower, really comfortable, they had split the bathroom into two different sections so one person could be at the toilet in a own room while another person was usin the shower or the tap. Shampoo and soap was included of course. There was housecoats and multiple towels, they also had a towel to put outside the shower so you could dry your feet. The beds were nicely done, and we had a balcony too. The staff was super nice and the hotel really takes care of their guests and makes them satisfied, breakfast was not included but you could get it for 19 dollars extra, we ordered food from the restaurant up to the room and I had a cheeseburger which was really nice, some baguettes came along with the food, French fries ketchup and mayonnaise was included too. You could set alarms on the tv and you could call for service on the tv. My little brother fell in love with one of the games that was installed on the tv. There is a garage but since our car is too high we had it parked on the hotels outside parking that is guarded 24/7. Really nice, definetly one of the best hotels in Morocco🇲🇦!!

A very nice place to discover. The hotel is new, with modern and comfortable rooms and facilities. Staff is very professional and service oriented. You can go to the spa just on the other side of the building and the spa is very authentic, modern and efficient.

I Had a lovely stay in the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is just opened and the staff will go the extra mile for you to make your stay even better.

I took a spa treatment with water from moulay yacoub and my skin was so smooth. I couldnt believe it. mostly because i have dry skin.

Vichy hotel is wonderful! It's a very peaceful oasis just outside the city center of Fes. The place is very clean and tidy. The rooms are large, well organised, the shower is wonderful and spacious. The bed is very confortable and the room service is effective. The thermal springs and the pool are amazing! It's worth mentioning the Chief Barman, who was professional, very kind and attentive. The cocktails tasted very good and the dried fruit plate cames as a surprise. If you want to spend very pleasant holidays I stongly recommned that you go there.

very nice place where holidaymakers flock to any time of the year but it's specialy better in the end of autumn and during spring .people can enjoy the mineral hot water of moulay yacoub rich of minerals and the spa .can benefit massages there by professionals. you just get of very fresh and tireless and the blood circulation is improved. it's an amazing experience for people who want to rest and very helpful for those who suffered from arthritis and renal calculus. a special warning for patients with asthma or cardiac disease because the steam is very thick . you can enjoy a fresh drink of tea.and the landscape is breathtaking. fes the imperial city is 20 km far from the site and it goes without saying that itself deserves the journey
