Led by Nadia El Fatmi, Tighanimine is wonderful cooperative of around 60 women from the village's douar (Berber tent camp) who farm, produce and sell argan based products. They were the first argan cooperative in the world to gain fair trade accreditation. They welcome visitors and the income they make goes towards supporting their families and improving education and services within their local community.
