End to end process was really good. Website user friendly and updates on the order very transparent. Shipping once part was received from Mercedes were super quick. 28 April to 02 May all the way to South Africa. Will definitely use them again.

couldn't pay with a card when placing an order. made a bank transfer. one week later emailed to ask them for a tracking number as it was said that the bank transfer just came in (usually takes up to 3 working days max). 16 days later reached out to them again and apparently the part is not available. i don't know when i would get this info if I wouldn't call them myself. was offered to wait as the new part which would fit was in the production. month later was offered to pay 350eur on the top of the price I already paid as it is more expensive. I declined and asked for the refund. It has been one and a half weeks and there is no refund. can not reach anyone in the office.
absolute garbage customer service

Received the order in 3 months, but not completely, and they refuse to refund my money for missing parts.

Ordered 3 parts in July. After 3 weeks, I wrote to them to ask for some updates on order. They replied that they would send the order within a day. After 2 days, I asked how things were going with the shipment, and they said that the order has large dimensions, so they could not send it by DHL, and I was offered to pay more money for delivery or they will send it by Latvian post. I chose the Latvian post. In 3 more weeks!!! and several emails, they shipped the order and gave me a tracking number.
When I finally received the package, it turned out that it was missing one part that I ordered and paid for.
They said it was no longer in production, so they didn't ship it.
They do not respond to the offer to return the money for this part. So they just stole my money.

No stars for this vendor. It is a trick to receive orders and pay for parts that have no prospect of arrival as if they were in stock.
Please do not order from this shop!
Even if you get a refund, no apology, just a waste of time.

I have bad experiences. I ordered from them from abroad, I sent the faulty goods back to the given address, which they refused to accept. Neither money nor goods! I will take the necessary steps. I don't recommend it!

Its almost a month that i made the order. The dispatch time was 7-10 days. Now they dont respond to emails and of course not even to the phone number. Dont work with them. Dont buy anything.

Order was never shipped, waste of time

part paid end may supposed to be on stock say no stock and should arrive 17th june i say ok since 2 week no news no reply on phone or email, scam company money lost stay far from these crooks 300€ lost forever

I paid for the order 3 weeks ago for and item which supposed to be in stock. They item was never sent and they don't answer the phone. looks like a scam
