I’ve been here twice, both experiences were lovely. Great atmosphere, nice and attentive staff. Food is great, excellent quality, fresh and tasty. Waitress brought an excellent wine that paired well with oysters. Both times I visited with my toddler, staff was super friendly towards her, accommodated to her needs, seated us so not to make her feel overwhelmed and not to bother other costumers in case my toddler was gonna be, well, a toddler. The cabbage was excellent if even a picky eater like my two year old finished her plate. Tasty desserts, especially Pavlova.

If you only visit one great restaurant in Riga, go here! We had the goat cheese and redbeed salad, the oysters, and then duck confit, followed by cheesecake and it was all so delicious. The food was presented in a very creative and thoughtful way, and it was super high quality and very tasty. The restaurants owners are super helpful and recommended us some local drinks. The atmosphere is also special with many little thoughtful details. It is a cozy, creative, open minded and generally amazing place. Don't miss it!

Wonderful New Years Eve experience at DOM.

Atmosphere & Service - Intimate, candle-lit, cosy, family-run feel to the restaurant. There's a place to hang coats, hats, scarves etc which is very useful and doesn't intrude on the dining space. Clean toilets. Service was great. Personable serving staff, very friendly and funny. She gave many good recommendations, food and drinks were all kept topped up & arrived in good time. Lovely front to the building, especially in Christmas lights - be sure to snap a photo outside on your way out!

Food - Menu is varied with a balance of meat and fish options, and one or two vegetarian choices. Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of fish when we visited due to a delivery not arriving, however we were still able to find something to enjoy. If in Riga again, I would like to return to try the Halibut. We had the sausage and mash, roasted cabbage & confit duck dishes. All were tasty, albeit a little dry. Our main meals were outshone by the completely delicious desserts - creme brûlée, Cheesecake and Pavlova. All were excellent, the pavlova was especially exceptional, highly recommend.

Drink - a good selection of drinks. The red Zinfandel was a highlight & paired well with dinner. We also tried the traditional Latvian Black Balsam. Staff were very informative about the history and how it's typically drunk.

Our experience at DOM was a highlight of our trip to Riga, really relaxed and friendly. It stood out considerably compared with our experiences in other Riga restaurants. Thankyou to the team at DOM & Happy New Year!

This gorgeous restaurant takes the heart of Latvian cuisine and raises it to international standards - light, well presented, modern, full of fresh flavours. The service was kind and impeccable and the restaurant situated in a homely style was inspired. For modern Latvian gastronomy I would highly recommend

Delicious food and an exceptionally cozy and classy atmosphere!✨ Tried the lamb, the sausages and the beet salad, everything was exquisite, not to mentioned beautifully served. Would also recommend the white bread! The wine selection was great as well. ❤ All in all a great restaurant.

What a gem!
We had the duck and sausages for mains and pavlova and the cheese platter for desert. Everything was perfect, delicious food, top notch service and pleasant setting to enjoy it all.

This place is charming! Service was amazing and the food was delicious! Our waitress was so polite and friendly. Rooftop bar was just awesome too!

We stumbled upon this place whilst on a walking tour and had to come back and try it. It seemed quiet, but only because the tables are spread over rooms and floors. The food was absolutely superb. Hands down one of the tastiest, interesting and more memorable meals we've had in ages.

The service was outstanding too with a friendly and funny waitress. We tried to come back and eat again, but they're closed on Mondays currently.

I urge anyone thinking of going to just go:-)

Only open one month and off to an incredible start! We took a chance on this restaurant with minimal online presence and were not disappointed. Vegetarian options available. Prices are reasonable and the menu is deliciously executed. The main seating area is upstairs so don’t worry if it looks empty when you walk by. Can’t wait to come back in the summer when they have their rooftop deck open!

This was an absolutely immaculate dining experience. The ambience inside is everything one could dream for, cozy, intimate, and candle lit. Started with a delicious amuse bouche, followed by toasty bread rolls with the best butter I’ve ever had. I had the smoked fish starter and a fish entree with a gin and tonic totaling only €30. Definitely will be going back and recommend everyone else go also!

DOM restaurant is a hidden gem with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is exceptional, with visually stunning dishes bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel like a valued guest. Don't miss the extensive wine list and impeccable service.

Yesterday’s evenings dinner was a true surprise. Me and my partner did a walk-in without knowing anything about this restaurant. And how we were blown away.
I have had a fair share of fine dining all over the globe over many years, but this restaurant is actually up and struggle with the best ones. The starters were innovative (blood sausage with scallops) but also performed with correct craftsmanship. The blend of textures were perfect. That was also the case for the amuse soup.
The beef filet was done according to order but if I were to complain about anything it would be that the sauces accompanying the meat lacked a bit of punch.
Unfortunately the variety of wines was far from what one wishes, to accompany such great food. But this place is about food. Food made with passion.

Amazing experience! Must try in Riga. Food is just mind blowing. Dish serving, taste - 10/10. Be sure to try brioche with pork fat, ostrich tartar and mackerel. Desserts are divine as well!) Location is also great - old city.

Tried a beautiful new restaurant tonight. We were fed very well. Some items were complementary and appreciated. Loves the building and atmosphere.

Great food and friendly atmosphere! One of the best Latvian cuisine restaurants in Riga, for sure.

We hadn’t been clear that this is a fine cuisine restaurant, but it certainly is. We stopped for lunch and ordered two soups and a salad and everything was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Elegant and pleasant service.

This restaurant is special. I literally walked by with no expectations and was wowed with a perfect three course à la carte menu. Service was although everyone seemed fairly young extremely professional. I can't recommend this place more.
