What a beautiful and peaceful place for any special event or retreat. The building is gorgeous, the gardens sublime, and the owner and his staff are attentive and really care.

But I would like to write for future development that there is a lot of dust in the rooms, no Wi-Fi (if you need to work, and the mobile Internet is bad), good audibility from other rooms (this can disturb a quiet relax).

Most beautiful manor if we take into account the story behind - very inspiring and sweet. Place is definitely worth if you plan wedding or other event for up to 100-130 pax. Food can be cooked on site. Can host several guests in the room in the manor but not much. Great atmosphere and super velcoming host. Highly recommended for events in "super instagramy" style.

Wow, magnificant place. It’s like visiting old mansion in south europe, but still being in Latvia.

This place has a WOW factor! Loved the hosts..so relaxed and welcomed in their home with open hands. Rooms looked clean and decorated with old furniture gave the right vibe. Highly recommend.

If you visit Zemgale, Abgunste Manor is a must see destination. If you have time to spend night over, you will enjoy company of 10 cats, each representing part of recent history and the best hosts you can ever get.

Tasty and exotic experience in Latvia's countryside mansion. It is in process of rebuilding and renovation, but that just adds to the atmosphere.
