I believe that this tower is wrongly attributed to the Ziestu Struve point which is nearby (5kms) but which is simply a plinth in the middle of the forest with an information board. Though this tower could be associated with a Struve point it is not marked as such on the UNESCO WHS list. I will wait to see if somebody with a better brain than me can confirm or disprove my theory. Meanwhile I will suggest to google that is allocated to the wrong point.
