It was definitely the highlight of our trip. The experience itself was amazing plus the sauna master welcomed us warmly and explained how things works. This is a highly recommended activity who will go in Latvia.

Absolutely amazing experience me and my fiancé had doing the traditional ritual! It was an experience that’ll stay with us forever, really! So unique and what a mental and physical refreshment it was! Out in nature, dipping in a frozen pond was exhilarating!! Worth every penny’ Thank you Mārcis!! You were right, it was magical 🍃🌿👏

We tried 240 euro/2ppl perits ritual, and really enjoyed it. The spa master is very good and led us thru the entire journey. Its quite pricy and location a bit out of Riga, so a total 5-6hr time to be budgeted and pretty much a day trip in winter time

Mārcis was an incredible guide through our experience. Even before we arrived he made both my friend and I feel quite comfortable and excited about the process. The sauna was completely transformative between hot steam, herbs, honey and salt scrubs and contrast procedures in the snow and outdoor pond. There are certain feelings and sensations that seem to only be accessible through this practice, and it is difficult to understate how revitalized we felt during and after the sauna. Mārcis is an expert in what he does, I left feeling quite grateful to be alive. Can’t recommend highly enough.
