I have been a customer of this bookstore for several years. From the beginning, I was not impressed with the way the woman working here spoke to some of the customers. She talk in a very unpleasant way just like we come to take goods without paying. Not a pleasant look at all. When we say what we want, she makes an unpleasant face.
