Charles and keith customer service is POOR. The buyer THAMODHA from C&K , her behavior and the customer service is really worse than other stores. She is a liar & cheater. I bought a bag and put a complain 2 months ago. but still they have not replied/ didn’t give any solutions for that. The bag is very low quality. Not even 1 year, its getting damaged. When i call THAMODHA , she doesn’t attend my calls. It’s like a cheating part. So kindly requesting you guys, not to buy any stuffs from Charles and keith. If there’s an issue, they will not assist you for sure. It’s so disappointing, waste of time & waste of money too. If they are genuine they should give any solutions for this matter. Till that I’ll be keep on writing and sharing about this issue.

Bought a gold shoe worth 10,000/- LKR and just to have peel off. On the 15th of January I take it to have at least repaired and they said NO it is synthetic and we know it peels but can’t do anything !!!’ They even deny that I purchased the item from their !!!!! The manager on duty hides and then aggressively say we can’t do anything!!!!!! This happened at 4.45 pm approximately!!!!! I bought these shoes as gift to my mom and spending soooo for a branded shoe is invain !!!!! I understood we should support our local brands rather than giving our money to international brands who hire mangers and staff only to insult their customer and act like their customers are the thief’s and that it was their customers fault for buying a shoe which only now CHARLES AND KEITH CLAIM TO BE SYNTHETIC AND PROBLEMATIC!!!! I threw the shoes back at them and their ignorant and aggressive manager and stormed off never to spend money at Charles’s and Keith managed my softlogic who really need to train their managers and staff on customer service !!!!! The managers ego was just unbelievable!!!!! Didn’t even give his name or business card when asked !!!! Well done Charles and Keith !!!!
