Such low aspirations from a state bank. Service and wait time couldn't be lower. Queue is so long I didn't want to go in. ATM door open to public air during a pandemic AC broken. Specially designed bike park is idle due to broken road aside if repaired could've solved massive traffic issues around the bank. People working on a repairing unsanitary sewage line clogged to neck amongst the people waiting on queue to go inside the bank. Sanitary tap and sink also not close to any door. Such a shame!

Worst banking experience ever🤮
They steel your money..be careful.!
I can mention them by names..
But not here

Manager doesn’t know the bank rules and the staff keep passing the ball to each other.communication skills are zero and the bank staff thinks no one than them 😂
If you value your time MR never visit the kalutara branch..
They are zero 000
