Way too much of good spot to have a tasty tea with a scenic spot. On your way out you should definitely visit this spot for sure. Reasonable price for all the stuff from the sweets to tea and that Highland bottle milk.

This is located on the way to Haputhale (Haputhale - Bandarawela road). Here you can experience the colonial architectural style. This is one of the very rare places where you can have a cup of tea while having the view of a tea state and a factory around. I am highly recommending the brownies for you to taste.

Lively tea house, was very busy when I visited. Staff super friendly and tea was very nice.

This is a best place to have a tasty tea. Amazing view. You can taste original Ceylon tea. Also some snacks are there, brownies, cakes, cookies, sweets. If you want to buy tea packs, there are different flavors of tea packs in this tea center.

Great location to make a pit stop and enjoy some cake and very good hot cup of tea ☕

Kelleibedda tea lounge is an ideal place to have a pure ceylon tea experience with a serenic view while travelling from Colombo to Badulla at Haputale

I recently visited this place on the way to Diyathalawa . It is a wonderful place to have a cup of tea with a beautiful view which is a relaxing experience . The tea was very good and other snacks and sweets which available at the time was fresh and tasty !! Fresh packets of tea are also available for buying . There is space for parking and clean washrooms are also there . Overall a great place to visit on your way . Highly recommend it to anyone !!

Wonderful location to taste fresh cup of tea with some sweets. The prices are very reasonable. Moreover the layout and the atmosphere were comfortable. The customer service was really satisfactory.

We were searching for a tea factory tour and came across Kellibedda Tea Factory while passing Haputale town on a Sunday. Entrance fee is 300Rs per person and I must say it is totally worth it. We got a tour guide was really keen into explaining the process and he answered all of our questions as well. Then we got a chance to taste tea straight out of the factory. Manager was also present and he went on to explain how to identify good quality tea. Staff were all friendly and made our tour an informative and an interesting one. There is also a shop selling factory tea right outside and an average 400g tea packet was about 400rs.

Last Visited Aug-2019. Off Haputale-Bandarawella road in front of the tea factory is this lovely place. Built to look colonial with a stone finish. Insise comfortable sofas to have tea and hot snacks for very low cost. easily accommodate for 15 to 20 ppl inside. A wooden porch at the back over looking the tea estate can accommodate 10 or more people. Have different types of tea and its very good. It is a cozy place for a couple or family. A must see for both foreigners and locals. Parking is available right outside and along the by road shouldn't be an issue. Maintained by local people very friendly and kept clean. On the basement are the washrooms and surprisingly kept clean and tidy. Have two wash basins with soap but no towels. Overall good place to be in Haputale.

Awesome place to have a tea, cake, browny. Beautiful view to enjoy while having a tea. Clean washrooms are located on the ground floor. There are tea varieties you can buy too.

Tasted their ginger tea with butter cake. Yea was good. And desserts need some improvement. Good place for a hot tea in the cool weather.

Tea and the fruit cake was delicious. I went in the morning around 8 and the cake was still hot 😋. Nice calm atmosphere.
