I don't have enough words to say how amazing the staff was at this branch. The lady in the management was very kind and she gave me all necessary details on.how to do a payment to my university and directed me to another very kind lady who took all the pains in the world to get my work done. She was very polite, extremely efficient and took my issue seriously and did all her efforts in trying to help me which is such a divine act during these troubling times. She went to such a great extent to help me as Im a student enrolled in a Foreign uni and took the matter of education very seriously.

Only problem is the parking facility. No dedicated parking space. only option is along the main road. Eventhough, for a 4 wheeler it is impossible to get a parking space witin about 100m beside the main road.

One ATM machine is available but not having a CDM machine is the major disadvantage. Always have to wait in the queue inside the bank where only one counter is available. However, the customer service is good.
