Had a wonderful experience with my friends. Visited this place twice. You can get lots of boat riders with different price range. Better check with everyone. There are plenty of fish therapy spots still your boat rider bring to his favorite spot (due to his commission per head). I recommend to choose Fish Therapy area on your own.

The service provider charges Rs.200 per individual and it's worth it by all means. Though I'm used to receive voluntary massage from the fish-masseurs in our river, this one is quite fun. Recommend it! It's gonna tickle if it's your first time and you'd love it as my friends did! Enjoy!

Amazing experience.After fish therapy we can get a cinnamon tea without any charge.They charge only 200 rupees for 15min for the therapy.not only that ,we can buy cinnamon products them.Fish therapy is a perfect treatment for artharitis patients.Most of people who get the boat safari on 'Madu river' dont forget to take this treat.

This a nice place in sri lanka. Many of foreigners are coming to feel this. Peoples are very peaceful , kind , helpful. They take big care of our protection as well as otherthings. All the things are very cheap. But fish therapy is not god for wounded people.

That was awesome and we had very first time experience of fish therapy. This fish therapy centre located in the Madu river and closed to the Cinnamon island. Lovely small to large size fish will give you a memorable therapy to your legs. That's really make you feel so relieved.
