Very poor service. Extremely slow counters

Very poor service. We have opened an account recently and it was the slowest service of all we got experienced at a bank. And they haven't registered the mobile number even, no sms alert, no OTP even for transactions, despite having registered for above everything at our account opening day. They need us to visit and do the work again they said. And what we are going to do now is close the account and open in another bank for our convenience.

Most inefficient and disorganized Counter Service. Managers are not Supervising Quality of the Customer Service. HNB Kalutara is far Behind the Customer Expectations.

Totally disgusting service. Very poor. Lady in the cash counter waring black spectacles doesn't know how to deal with customers at all
