I recently visited Koswatta dental surgery as I had very bad toothache ,There I met Dr liyanage,I never thought my tooth can be save but He explained me everything and Did a nerve filling for that teeth and saved the tooth .I didn’t feel much of a pain in that procedure and he made me soo comfortable.I really appreciated his effort to save my tooth and really grateful . Clinic staff also very friendly and very hygienic clinic,I highly recommend this clinic to everyone ,🙏

Dr. Samith was really patient and examined the tooth well and did a great filling very patiently.
He was very gentle with the treatment and my mother is very happy about her treatment!!

I first visited Dr. Liyanage with an emergency ... one of my crowns had come loose (a very old one from a different dental clinic) and Dr. Liyanage managed to put it back in place before I travelled down south to ride a Navy vessel and look for whales. He was very patient and was explaining the procedure as he tended to the matter. I was quite pleased with his work ...

So, I returned to him to have several other dental issues which had been building since COVID-19 shut everything down. He completed a nerve filling that was required and added a crown that looks perfectly natural and unless I really think about it, I can't be sure which tooth it is.

I had several broken teeth on both sides of my mouth that simply could not be restored, so Dr. Liyanage worked tirelessly to fit me with a prosthetic (dentures). It was not an easy task, but he kept making adjustments until they fit properly.

I have been very happy with Dr. Liyanage ... he has treated me very well and ensures that there is no pain and that the problem is fixed. I will continue to see Dr. Liyanage as he has gained my utmost respect and trust.

Also, the staff is very professional ... if appointments need to be changed, they call me in advance so that I do not show up needlessly. A professional dental surgery; highly recommended.

Dr. Liyanage is an absolute professional when it comes to taking care of his patients. I have had to undergo two nerve fillings and I have had zero complaints. He does his utmost best to make sure you do not feel pain or discomfort. He also takes his time to talk you through what is required so you have an understanding of what should be done.

I highly recommend Dr. Liyanage, and will be going to him for all my future dental requirements!

This is a great place to take care of your teeth. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding specially Dr.Nirmala, because he made me feel right at home and as if I was a friend. I’m a person who had a very bad experience in the past and was afraid to do any surgeries. At Koswatta Dental Clinic I met Dr Liyanage who did splendid job in doing the surgery totally painless taking enough time and care. It was great value for money too.

The place was super clean and equipped. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Liyanage and the Koswatta Dental Clinic for its high standards.

I visited there with my gf several times for her root canal treatment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dental care for each patient is considered important and individual needs are thoughtfully implemented. The dentist is genuinely friendly and really caring. Actually even the cost is really low comparatively for there marvelous service even after the treatments. Thank you so much Dr. Nirmala for your awesome service.
