I have no words to thank Mr. Rodrigo n Mr. Saranga for the service they provided. I rented a car on 2nd of Feb 2021 for 2 months. I had to postpone my travel several times due to some personal reasons … So I couldn’t handover the car on the day I promised. It was with me until 10th of Aug 2021. I guess I postponed my travel 3 times. If you are planing to rent a vehicle from them you don’t have to worry about anything. One day I couldn’t start the vehicle due to a battery problem n the Colombo area was under travel restrictions. But Mr. Rodrigo sent a person from a battery service with a new battery a day after that. Again I was instructed to change a tyre n when I informed it, he sent me a tyre to my place. Likewise they are very responsible about the business they are doing. There was a little scratch mark on the bonnet n we both [Me n Mr. Rodrigo] checked it in the video, coz I filmed a video when I’m renting the vehicle. It wasn’t available in the video but he didn’t charge it from me. Even though I told him to reduce for the scratch mark, he gave me the full advanced amount … If you are looking for a place to rent a vehicle this is the place n I highly recommend this place. They are very professional … Again thank you both so much for the wonderful service … Wishing u both n the company good luck !
