One of oldest theatre in the area. As I know it was the best and largest theatre during the eighties, Hon. J. R. Jayewardena open this at the Janasaviya opening ceremony in Aranayake, recognized as one of less facilitated divisional secretary in the country. Anyway it has been maintaining with minimum facilities. Also the school children do not know the value of the building and many damage and try to destroy it time to time.
