Despite the presence of sizable staff, I observed that they were not effectively engaged in providing customer service., there was a noticeable lack of efficiency, resulting in long wait times to get tasks accomplished, which is quite frustrating and unacceptable. It is crucial for this branch to improve its customer service approach, showing more attentiveness and actively engaging with customers.
Even though Peoples Leasing - Kaduwela Branch offers convenient amenities, its poor customer service experience leaves much to be desired. Addressing these issues and adopting a more customer-centric approach will significantly enhance the overall experience for visitors and align better with the expectations of today's customers.
