It was such a great pleasure to be at Kingsbury hotel and there we met Mr. Randunu who was very friendly and interactive. He was so helpful and the service was great. We highly appreciate the service and the food was also great and worth it. Means a lot and we'll definitely visit again.

They have incorporated a different vibe to each and every restaurant which is based on the theme.

Visited a gathering situated at "The Victorian" which could hold up to 150 guests.

Food is good. Mostly depends on the menu that the event organizers would select. The hot butter cuttlefish dish was the star of the dinner buffet.

For the desserts, creme Brulee or Creme Caramel (not sure what the dish was exactly) was exquisite..

The Honey beach club has chill vibes. Good place to hangout with friends.

Parking is available on the back of the hotel but sometimes it could be filled up if there is an event or a gathering. So better to come early if you are coming for a function because the parking fills up.

Staff is attentive and directs you to the place you want to go.

I booked one of their rooms for my wedding day for dressing ! Before I booked from Kingsbury, I searched for many options for other hotels, but none of them were Not able to provide for our needs.
But Kingsbury did their best, they were very flexible and ready to give the best customer service at any time, we had to customize our checking time, and we requested a special mirror too,

And we had our lunch buffet too. It was a very good experience. I enjoyed all the options.

We had our daughter’s wedding at Kingsbury’s Balmoral Grand Ballroom on 21st April. We were really thrilled by the excellent service, tasty cuisines and comfort. Cabral & his crew and Shaun displayed meticulous event planning, coordination and flawless execution throughout the 500 guests event. It was a Job Well done.

High Tea. Great menu. And great service. Everything was delicious! And they brought extra plates of waffles and crepes as well. I had 2 drinks.
All for a very reasonable price. It was a pleasant surprise, how good it was!

Had a lovely stay, only one bad experience which is after multiple times requesting someone came to take our luggage during check out. Yet, no complaints.

A wonderful buffet at Harbour Court. A wide range of yummy food of multi cuisine with friendliest service. I am so glad they are back with the standard and quality that Kingsbury is famous for. Thanks to all the staff for making this Eid dinner with my family a memorable one.

We went for the Dinner buffet today(02.04.2024). Really friendly staff. Very nice and calm environment. Lovely food varieties and superb taste. Specially their staff Sankalpa is star 🌟 in service.

Rooms are clean but dated. The lobby and pool area are more modern and well designed. the gym is efficient but also dated.

We enjoyed our dinner at Oceans. The seafood was fresh and the curries delicious.

Visited on the 23rd to experience the lunch buffet with family. We were not dissapointed. There was a huge array to choose from and every morsel was heavenly! Loved the dessert bar! The ambience was also delightful with jazz and some classics being played in the background while we dined. Thank you to Francis and team for your excellent service.Keep up the great work! They have a great selection of restaurants. Chinese is one of the good ones. The buffet is one of the best. Big variety. Lively lobby area. Churros is nice for casual coffee and cakes. Rooftop is nice in the evenings. Friendly staff and service overall.

The Saturday Lunch Buffet provided a great spread of food and it was very Great. Totally worth it and would visit again. The staff was very warm and welcoming and we were cared to the fullest.

One of the best hotels in Colombo city. Rooms are good beds are so comfortable. They location of this place gives a good vibe. They have various restaurants inside the hotel it's really good for foreigners. The food item are so good it's taste and look.They have many choices in deserts and it's very good. They gives free WiFi on the room and outside the building. I need to give a salute to the Workers because they are cleaning every room twice a day and I can't find out any mistakes on cleaning the room . Every item are in the same place how I placed it. They are very responsible for the customers. It's worth to spend some money to get a luxury hotel. People how are coming to visit Colombo I prefer them this restaurant for their stays.

Our tea break at CHURROS in The Kingsbury Hotel was excellent! My husband and I loved every moment, especially the mouthwatering blueberry cheesecake. The staff's genuine welcome made our visit absolutely unforgettable. "Highly recommended!"
