Parking very limited.

My day-to-day bank. Service is good. Cash deposit machine is inside the bank so not available off bank hours. 👎 Only cash withdrawal ATM is outside. (Guess this is a lazy thing from the bank side bcz fixing the deposit machine along with the withdrawal which should be a easy change)
Accessibility is pretty bad 👎👎👎
No Accessible ramp at the bank entrance or to the ATM. There are only few steps they can easily fix. Ramp. Not a friendly bank for differently able customers. ♿ ❌

Totally agreed with Ravindu's comment "Cash deposit machine is inside the bank so not available off bank hours."
Actually, its an easy fix as there is free space near to ATM Machine. What they have to do is change the partition.
With this covid-19 situation, Depositors need to wait longtime in outside queue without any security to deposit their money.
There is 2 security personals are in bank entrance. At least they have to be kind enough to allocate security outside the bank for security of Depositors.

Today I got the worst customer experience from a Sampath Bank branch. I have been an Sampath bank customer for more than 11 years now and it's been 8 years since I have moved to Ganemulla. Since my address in My national ID card is not in Ganemulla they wanted a 'Gramaniladari' certificate.
It took me 3 hours in total to get a NRFC account created(1 hr and 40 minutes waiting time and 1hr and 20 minutes to get the account created). I would have been definitely going to
a different bank if I didn't had the online banking and LKR saving accounts in Sampath it self.

Not blaming any of the staff members personally. Every one of them were occupied. But the staff is not sufficient during customer service hours.

My sole intension is to provide this honest feedback is not to criticize the branch. But to let know, our experience and believe that you would take necessary actions to overcome the problems.

I have been a customer in here more than 10 years. I can only see they didn't any less only to bitter. Still only have 2 counter to service like back then there are lot's of customers but they have to wait really long time in here.. now can see most of them have attitudes

Worst service ever!!!!! Waited as number one in a queue for more than 1 hour to open an savings account, after all the waiting asked me to bring an gramaseva certificate??? Manager doesn't possess any active involvement to solve issues as many people waited in queue, only one counter was open. Felt a very bad working environment as most of the employees were not in a good mood. Do not suggest anyone to use this bank as at now.
