Very charming place.
If you are looking for a true Ayurveda experience, this is the right place.
I come here to work from I sunny place and to have some massages and with no conviction of Ayurveda real results. After the 5th day- I saw changings in my body and mind .
You have everyday procedure for 2.30h, and check in daily with a doctor . The massages are amazing, I sleep on the table, so relaxing!!!

The spa installations ( chairs, desks, bed massage are old but clean and comfortables)

Whatever problem you have- they have remedy.
Staff is very kind and helpful.
The best rooms for me are the bungalow on the beach with sea view and very big bathroom with shower and big bath. There are about 10. There are two bungalow on the beach on the first floor ( garden floor other rooms) that has fantastic sea view but bathroom is small .

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Rooms are clean. May be the only thing is that furniture outside is a bit old. But it has its charm- the simple things are the best.

The restaurant is a typically Ayurveda- no bread, no fat, no red meet, no Alchool, only healthy food , and even though you are not here to lose weight and you eat a lot- you will lose weight.

The water of the pool is always clean, wonderful beach .

The area is almost hotels for tourists, some restaurants ( the only deserves to be visit is the green lobster). There are some tuc tuc outside the hotel, ready to drive you where you want.

It is my 3rd time in Srilanka. This is a fantastic country with very nice people.
In the hotel I made friends that have been already in India for Ayurveda, they all said that in Srilanka is better.

I don’t know, I have never been there and this is my first Ayurveda.

Do not hesitate, this is the right place to heal you soul and body.

Ayurveda resort good for massage therapy, friendly staff and well caring. Place is surrounded by essential trees and massive area with beach and pool. ⛱ Traditional buffet, peaceful environment for a good relaxation. There are separate places to do Yoga, meditation 🧘‍♂ 🧘‍♀.

Great Ayurveda experienced. Stayed for 2 weeks with all the program of daily doctor consultants, treatments and Ayurveda food. All was nice. Also nice beach (a bit dirty though, but as it’s a public beach, the resort can’t be blamed for it). Treatments by the therapists were really good, but as a man you better shouldn’t try being massaged my the male doctor.
Food was quite good. Service of hotel was nice, we also got some fast wifi internet router for our room.

Undoubtedly a good option to relax. Nights are really enjoyable there with the gorgeous sea wave sound and nigh bugs crippling. I really loved there breakfast buffet. Traditional taste with Srilankan spices and also the western twist. Rooms are really neat and clean. Staffs are friendly. Loved their pool a lot. There cave type rooms are highly recommended!

A great place to come and be with nature. This resort has a lot going for it. Long endless beaches for beach lovers, all rooms are like chalets facing well manicured gardens. Decades old trees with the common and botanical names on them for the budding botanists.
A swimming pool with sun decks where yoga is practiced morning and evening for anyone to join.
Meals are very typical of Sri Lanka. Several types of rice and curries made like in the villages. Mostly vegetarian options, although some fish dishes are available. Healthy food with Ayurvedic benefit. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner served as a buffet with a great selection. Fresh fruits and good deserts too.
Let me now talk about the real reason to come here. It's for the Ayurvedic treatment. After a brief consultation with a doctor who is a qualified western doctor and an Ayurvedic as well, you will be assigned different treatments according to your needs as determined by him.
Separate ladies for ladies and gents for gents will take you to your dedicated massage room where you will be massaged from head to toe using all natural Ayurvedic oils and with emphasis in any particular problem areas. Ayurvedic drinks are also provided accordingly. Steam baths with herbs included. This treatment happens daily for the duration of your stay. Several 3/4/5/7 day packages are available.
Many of the guests are foreigners and repeat clientele. This is my second trip, where I brought my 87/84 year old parents for treatment and relaxation.
Staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful and go out o their way to help.

Loved there place they had a nice beach and nice staff members they had very good customer service and there spa was really awesome. I recommend this place to anybody looking for relaxation also there food was really good.
