Comparatively good . Easy to find the buses for destinations . But have to improve communication and cleanliness .

I feel very comfortable here because of the seat, baggage room, wheelchair accessible and shops around facilities.
And also there is a public lavatory.

Not bad here in puttalama bus stand.but little bit fair conditions for the passengers.. there are buses from puttalam to Colombo,Chilaw,Kalmunei,Kurunegala, Anuradhapura,Polonnaruwa,Kalpitiya,Norochcholei etc. Hight temperature here.lack of infrastructure facilities may be one of the biggest issue here.exisiting ones are not enough.

Shops are good around the Station.

Fast and super cheap.
Nice people. More friendly with tourist than other areas.

Getting better, I hope they will provide more services to other locations
