探して見つからなかったら、店員さんが探してくれました。優しいです。

旧作が2週間借りられるのでゆったり見ることができます。

旧作50円です。他の作も安いです。

While the employees may speak a little too fast if you're not perfectly fluent in Japanese, it's a decent rental store. Good rental prices, though the late fees seemed like they were the price of the rental fee per day late per item. So fairly steep if you're not careful about returning rentals on time. I've purchased a PS3, PS4, Nintendo 3DS, and Nintendo Switch and numerous physical copies of games from here and have had no issues with the products based on the staff's handling of the products prior to sale. If you're buying previously owned hardware from here and are familiar with Japanese, you can ask questions about the items to the staff and they will usually look into it for you. Overall, I've had a good experience here.
