普段は店舗としては使っていない普通のお宅ですが、不定期に試食会が開かれていてそれに参加しました
コンフィチュールを使ったお料理やスイーツ、それに様々なジャムはパンに付けて一口づつ頂きました
どれもとても美味しく、ジャムはお料理にも使えるのか！！と、目から鱗でした
材料から拘って作ってらっしゃって一つ一つ丁寧にご説明していただきました
コンフィチュールに対する愛を感じました
個人の住宅ですが、とても素敵なお家でした

2024年3月、ランチで訪問
普段は主に物販をされているとの事。

この日は、不定期に開かれるランチの日で、知人が予約してくれて伺いました。
メニューはハンバーガーランチ。
オペレーションが確立されていないのか、客を入れ過ぎているのか分かりませんが、ランチセットが完成してからしばらくキッチンで置かれていた為か、ハンバーガーはもちろん、ポテトフライさえも冷たくなった状態で提供されました。
ハンバーガーは良いとして、しなびたポテトは少し興ざめでした。
バンズもパティも美味しかったので、温かいままで提供されていたら、もっと美味しく頂けただろうなと思います。

新鮮なサラダバーは美味しく頂きました。

セットのスィーツもなかなか提供まで時間が掛かり、時間制限ギリギリでの提供で、慌てて頂きました。

ランチはもっとオペレーションを確立してからが良いのでは？と思いました。
良いお店なのに少し残念でした。今後に期待。
