まんだらけ サーラ

This was my first time ordering at Mandarake and here are my impressions.

Assortment and prices: the assortment of figures and general Anime goods is pretty large. I had a pretty extensive wishlist of small figures and I found all of them but one of them online shop. I have previously tried to find these figures in several shops in Akihabara and in Osaka while travelling, but did not succeed. The prices were also pretty good, with most figures being considerably cheaper than what I paid for other figures of the same line when shopping in Osaka (in the worst-case scenario, the prices at Mandarake were the same as in the physical shops I visited).

Shipment: the international shipment is very expensive. I do not think that they have much of a choice though, since the prices are apparently set by Japan Post. The shipment was supposed to be fast, but it got stuck at the German Customs Agency for 3 weeks (with no update on the shipment log). The delay was on the German side though, so there is nothing to complain about. I contacted the Mandarake Team twice and they were pretty friendly and helpful.

Packing: the package was oddly shaped, but that allowed them to tightly and densely pack all figures. I wouldn't be able to do a better job. It was also wrapped with bubble wrap. Nothing was damaged.

Condition of the goods: the figures were pretty much in perfect conditions, all of them sealed. The website states that it is second hand and potentially slightly damaged, but only one of the boxes had a minimal damage on a corner. Overall everything was in a much better state than I imagined.

Conclusion: great shop. I am definitely buying from them again.

Mandarake offers fast service. I ordered a 1969 Shogakukan Rokunensei (Student Learning Grade 6) magazine on April 17th. DHL Express courier delivered to my home in British Columbia, Canada, via the DHL hub in Cincinnati, Ohio, on April 21st. The 51-year-old magazine appears in quite good condition.

初めて利用しました。古い本や傷んでいるマンガを評価していただき、高額で買い取っていただきました。店員さんは親切で丁寧で、車から荷物運びを手伝ってくださいました。
入り口は黒くて不思議なデザインでした。すぐに分かります。

田んぼのど真ん中に建っています。買い取り専門で電話などで予約しないといけません。店員は皆優しく買取額も他のお店より結構高いと思いました。特に古い雑誌や玩具は強いです。
ただ初めて行った時は建物の入口が分かりづらいでした。

現在在庫処分で様々な買取業者にフィギュアを売っているが、この店がダントツで還元率が良かった。

スピーディーに査定してくれて他の買取会社の3倍で
フィギュアを買取ってくれました。査定する方も親切な対応でした。

何度も、サーラにお世話になっています。
サーラで、少年コミックスを購入していますが、品数も申し分ないです。
特に、女性スタッフの責任者さまの対応が、素晴らしいです。
高額な商品で、なくても、お客目線で、親切な対応をしてくれます。
このような責任者さまが、いらっしゃるお店は、会社全体が、信頼できるお店であるとおもいます。
今後も、お世話になりたいと思います。

ただの倉庫と思ってたら、まんだらけのネット通販の受け取りが可能（代引き不可・銀行振込・クレジットカードのみ）買取もやっているそうです。（事前連絡が必要）

店員さんは親切でよかったです。
すごく忙しそうだったので持ちこむ際は事前予約したほうがいいです。
