If I had to get a knee injury anywhere in the world, I’m so glad and lucky I ended up near this wonderful crew at Nomad Wellness. First off, I arrive looking for a knee wrap as I believed to have injured my knee snowboarding. Right away, Imogen greeted me with the warmest smile & tea, and asked what I was looking for. She suggested I get looked at with a 15min consultation which was available that day with Cardeux. Cardeux assessed the injury and consulted I try a knee brace and come back later that day & the following day for physiotherapy. After just a week my knee swelling significantly went down, range of motion increased, and I don’t believe I would have felt better so soon without their help.

Both Cardeux & Imogen lifted my spirits after an unfortunate injury and felt so lucky to have been taken care of by them.

While I hope you don’t have to experience an injury, I would highly recommend Nomad Wellness for anyone looking for even just a quick consultation or sports massage!

Cardeux is an amazing physio.
I have been consulting her for an Achilles tendon issue, and she has taken the time to study the root cause of the problem and propose a long-term treatment & rehabilitation plan that will fix the problem for good. I am already feeling much better.

Such a convenient spot and the team is so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Such a good atmosphere and the massages are amazing, perfect after a big day on the slopes and/or after an injury. They are thorough and give you exactly what you ask for. They even have a gym set up! 10/10 would recommend

Hurts so good. Cardeux really knows what she is doing. In half an hour she was able to open up more range of motion in my shoulder than I have had all year. She also gave me some good stretches to keep me sorted for a while. And Imogen is super friendly and welcoming at the front desk.

I went in for a sports massage after riding as I have knee injuries. The team were super friendly, I received a great massage and was told helpful information and exercises for my recovery process. Felt 100X better walking out of massage, would definitely recommend.

While in Niseko, my husband and i got injury from the ski, thus we met Cardeux in her clinic. Her diagnosis was on point & she was able to reduce the pain we got from the fall and follow us up even after we came back home. She’s definetely reliable and we cant recommend her enough !

Lovey space located on the second floor of the beautiful and conveniently located Aya Niseko hotel. Imogen, Cards, Ben, and Colleen are all very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The gym space is fully equipped with all the necessary items in order to get a good workout in while in the Hirafu area. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area who is looking to get in a workout or looking for professional care and advice from a physio.

I had the most amazing deep tissue sports massage at Nomad Wellness, one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are incredible and so knowledgeable and the space is so calming. I will be back throughout the season for sure!

Cardeux was very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I went in twice for sport massage and with her help I could squeeze in more days on the mountain and my recovery accelerated.

If you are looking for an excellent massage by an experienced Physio this is definitely the place to go. You won't be disappointed. Ease the muscles after a long day on the mountain!
