Lodge Keyspring NISEKO

The hotel change the name to Niseko hykrots ikigai. Great view of Mount Yotei. There’s a restaurant & cafe also.

Note that the room comes with attached toilet but not bath. There’s a common bathroom within each lodge.

Peaceful and tranquil. Must come if you’re looking for some peace and quiet

Amazing lodge, even better staff. They drove me to and from the resorts each day. One of the days the hot water wasn’t working, so they gave me a voucher to the onsen. They also drove me to the train station and when I didn’t have cash to pay for the train ticket they drove me another 10 minutes to a 7-Eleven to get cash out. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Arigato gozaimasu!

I really lucked out when I found this place — although I did read the reviews on Google so it wasn't all luck. The service is wonderful, the food divine, the surroundings peaceful and borderline monastic, and just far enough away from the Niseko ski scene to offer a different experience.

Best Outskirts Stay in Town

Living in a log cabin experience comes true! Very comfortable with great views on Mount Yotei at the dining area and pretty snowy scenery at your window. The boss and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall great service with amazing environment. Worth coming again!

Yes this one if the most amazing and wonderful, the manager ryu is very helpful and same with the staff, Maggie and Diego and other staff didn't get their names. Very nice and respectful, very clean rooms. Very quite lodge but wonderful views. Please be aware fastest way is to get to the area is a bus from the airport, train takes a bit. New chitose to otaru transfer to kutchan. Please schedule shuttle ahead of time. I made this mistake. Get there early, especially if snow is coming down. Snow is amazing for first time powder riders.

Amazing place! Cozy rooms, very clean, beautiful views. The staff is very kind and willing to help out with anything. They had suggestions on different places to go and were willing to shuttle us to local places if we didn't have a car. Breakfast was included with our room and very delicious. I had a wonderful time here and will most likely stay here on our next trip.
Even though Air BNB lost our reservation Keyspring contacted us and kept the reservation.

I think this is my first google review! But I had to do one after staying at the Keysprings lodge! The staff are awesome they’re super accomodating and helpful and just have a great vibe! The place itself is beautiful, very clean also heaps of authentic Keith Haring artwork everywhere you look! Can’t wait to come back here!

This place is outstanding... the staffs are really helpful and hospitable. The view itself is super-breath-taking. Our room is located at the building located just next to the main building, a few steps away. Room is quite spacious and well-maintained, the one that we booked has a toilet attached. Shower is outside the room, clean and tidy all time. There is an extra toilet too outside the room. Highly recommended for your holiday!

I recommend Keyspring as a place to stay if you are going to be in the Niseko area. This is a great place on the outskirts Niseko, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel manager has a welcoming and professional demeanor, and he genuinely cares about his guests and staff. He was also willing to help me plan day trips around the area.

They have:
- Flexible shuttle service to and from the resort, and to town in the evening.
- The rooms are new and clean.
- The Keyspring restaurant menu is delicious, and the complimentary breakfast is a perfect way to start the day.
- The staff are friendly and very professional

I spent five nights here in January 2020 while skiing at Niseko. It was perfect for what I was looking for. Typical day was:
07:30 - breakfast
08:30 - shuttle to ski lifts
09:00 - skiing
15:30 - Onsen in Annupuri
17:00 - shuttle to Keyspring
18:30 - dinner at Keyspring or shuttle to town

Even though it is just outside of town, it was super easy to get to and from the resort area when I wanted to go there because of the complimentary shuttle service.

The best view of Mt. Yotei with such a cozy atmosphere. Better to have a car as both Moiwa and Annapuri is a short drive away. We got to ski in the fresh powder everyday and it was amazing!

The hotel is located on a hill and has amazing views of The Yotei and very close to Niseko Annupuri and Moiwa resort as well.
A bit far from the Hirafu area which makes the area so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend for those who would like to relax and enjoy the wonderful powder.

I loved Keyspring lodge! The rooms are clean,new, and contemporary.The staff, Summer, Noriko, Rachael,&Yokoyama-san are attentive and helpful. They provided transportation to and from AnNupuri.Thumbs up👍

You need to checkin at the restaurant which is a different building. Room is nice, everything is wood and well insulated.

You couldn’t ask for better place to be, cosy, friendly staff, thanks for Kazunori, Yoshio, Summer and Chie for all your kind and lovely hospitality, loads and loads of snow and so nice place to be for Xmas and new year, the food is delicious, bed is comfy, everything u need is here and they provide pick up from the Annupuri report where the bus stop from Sapporo which is so convenient and thoughtful

Special big thanks to Kazunori as we wake up one morning very early saw him clean the snow off the pathway to ensure we get out ok and thanks Yoshio for cooking the delicious food
