Me and my boyfriend had the chance to stay at Sansui Niseko for four nights, and we are very happy to recommend this hotel to others. We've been around snow resort around in Europe, but fascinated by the amount of snow of Niseko and flew 12 hours for the Japow. Sansui didn't let us down, everything is clean, organized, comfortable, we really enjoyed the view of Yotei mountain. Thank you for arranging it for us! The hotel has free transfer service to pick up and drop us in the city, the breakfast is amazing and is what I expected everyday once I woke up. It is the very few literal ski-in ski out hotel in town as we know, and it made our snowboarding day convenient with even an afternoon nap before night ski. En plus, they have a magnifique kitchen, where I enjoyed cooking with local Japanese groceries. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful. We already miss there once back to France!

Superb hotel. This is my second time in Niseko and this stay really made the trip just that much more magical. They have their own ski rental shop, gorgeous onsen and gym, and service was really lovely.

Rooms were immaculate, many of the facilities just make sense. Very well designed, calm energy, and the shuttle service came in handy many times.

Highly recommended!

Flawless.

1. Property itself is stunning. New and comfortable, Miele appliances, amazing skin care products etc. Truly elegant and luxurious.

2. Staff are superb. Warm, down to earth, yet professional. Sansui’s people make it truly special.

3. Convenient location and ski in, ski out. Hokkaido ski club (excellent!) is conveniently located at the hotel with great lockers. There is also a small gear rental shop (maybe not the best, staff not entirely helpful, pretty poor quality/selection of gears especially skis)

4. Delicious, wholesome food. Could eat there everyday ( in fact I did).

Highly recommend and will definitely return next season!

Great location, the complimentary shuttles they provide are a big plus. Staff is very knowledgeable about the town and can help with any logistics.

And the hotel feels brand new, very modern and attractive architecture. Would highly recommend including their breakfast with your stay. Amazing hotel!

Sansui Niseko was the perfect place to stay for us on our honeymoon! Their service was incredible and everything is so new and clean. Our room had the most gorgeous view of the slope, as well as a full kitchen which was helpful for the nights we wanted to eat in. Their reservable private onsen was a major bonus after a day of skiing and still wanting to spend time with each other. Breakfast was also a delicious and a hearty way to start the day before the slopes.

This was our first stay at Sansui and it was great. The apt room was nice and we had 2 rooms and it was perfect size. The service was great and the manager Yuko was v helpful. The food and breakfast was good. We actually regret moving to Skye bcos Sansui was so comfy stay for all of us. The skiing experience was convenient too. The only drawback was the ski rental at the basement and the lack of English. But everything else was great. We hope to come back soon.

The service provided is exceptional, with the added benefit of convenient ski in and out access directly to the slopes and proximity to the ski lift. The management and staff are friendly and welcoming, particularly individuals we are familiar with such as Yuko, Jovi, Andrew, and Natalie. Additionally, the shuttle drivers, Arthur and Kit, are also pleasant and helpful. Overall, we have experienced exceptional hospitality. The only suggestion for improvement is to have someone proficient in English in the ski gear rental area. Many thanks!

I had the most relaxing experience here using the private onsen with my partner. I was not a guest here but the staff were so warm and welcoming on arrival. The onsen itself was so clean and luxurious. I have recommended this place to so many people and they have said the same. 100% will be coming back here when they re open to the public.

The Sansui hotel is amazing! Attention to details, the rooms are super spacious and amazing, the onsen, massages (hot stone), etc

Amanda in reception was super nice and everyone was great.

Ski-in and out is such an amazing thing, and this hotel also has it!

The Lunch is great as well.
Breakfast can still improve a bit but all in all is a great place to stay! We enjoyed our stay very much

The best hotel in Niseko!

I have stayed more than 8 hotels in Niseko, all of them what they called“luxury hotels”, but none of them satisfied me but this one!

I loved quality of the amenities they used, from the towels, slippers, shampoos, skincare to kitchen supplies to bedding.
Oh, the bed was heavenly.
I could finally sleep in Niseko!

And their service was superb.
The staff was very friendly and always talked me how my stay was and if I needed any help.

I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality of stay in Niseko.

Nice public onsen! The amenities is great. Friendly staff, kudos to Jovian! From welcoming with big smile until farewell also with big smile. Only the sad things, around this time so difficult to get food around this area.

Absolutely amazing Hotel! A real 5 Star experience.

A big thank you to the friendly and helpful stuff, especially to Amanda san. We definitely had an unforgettable stay.
The Hotel is beautifully designed and central located. The best part of it was the Family onsen (privat onsen) and
the fact, that we were directly on the slopes, so no walking.
The room was very spacious and very well equipped. I was lucky and had twice the onsen for myself. Great massages as well.

Maybe the breakfast has a little room for improvement although it was delicious.

Highly recommend and looking forward to come back next year.

The best hotel I ever stayed in. Staff were kind, warm, friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Hotel is also kid friendly as they provided baby cot, baby chair and there is a playroom for kids available. Breakfast is great and the outdoor onsen is fantastic.

A 5 start experience! All staffs, especially front desk manager Yuko San, Andy and Sheena, as well as recreational manager Ming, had gone extra mile to make sure we enjoy our stay. From room and transportation arrangements to trail introduction and goggle purchase, they were very helpful! Delicious breakfast and relaxing onsen are plus. We'll definitely come back again next winter!!!
