Staff are very kind and patient even with difficult customers, I am very thankful. Ski boots are mostly Salomon and Atomic, I would like to use this shop again in the future.

I knew my rental package includes storing the ski equipments at the store. After a long exhausting day of skiing, my legs were giving away, I I requested to leave my ski equipments at the store and will pick up in the next morning. Then I was told off pretty rudely by the staff yelling 'Naze???' at me. His eyes almost gorged out when he stared at me. I was really intimidated by him, I guess it's my previous experience the rentals can keep the skis and poles and shoes for us. Yet he asked why I don't store my stuff in my hotel which is still some distance away. Overall the ski shop is nice and clean, equipments are pretty new. However I have been to other ski resorts and their skis and ski shoes take a lot more effort or the right angle to 'click in'. I struggled so much in the mountains which was really inconvenient and there were times they just popped off easily by the hand. Maybe it was just me. I don't know. My overall experience was just satisfactory. Next time I rather rent from the main rental and start off at the main entrance.
