We came across this shop on our way up the coastal road near Yanbaru National Park. This was a find! The owner of the shop was very friendly and helpful. We ordered some refreshing gelato and every flavor was absolutely delicious. The location is right off the road with a direct view of the ocean, and parking underneath the building.
The interior and front porch areas are all very comfortable places to relax and enjoy an evening. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful cafe, with excellent ice cream and coffee. Everything is done very thoughtfully, there’s a selection of really nice items to look at and buy. The owner is lovely and made our stay very enjoyable.

Stopped at this cute little place while out exploring by Okuma. We got the brown sugar gelato and it was amazing! They take card and yen. Parking is behind/underneath the restaurant. Take out is OK. Nice place to get away from the heat

Tried this place after a hiking fail.
This lady was super sweet, quick on her feet and got our food out in a giffy.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was vibrant and made you feel good.
The view inside that we sat at was right in front of the window and we got to watch the waves crash into eachother while enjoying the meal she had deligently and creatively placed on both of our plates.
In a shorter version my bf and I will stop by here again.

Went and explored the north and figured we’d switch it up and get something besides Lawsons/Family Mart from @banana.kunigami The view was gorgeous, jerk chicken burrito has a good kick, and the jasmine milk tea gelato was a perfect treat. A great place to stop and have lunch, whenever you're driving way up north on a hot summer day. A few times it been closed at lunchtime due to foul weather, coronavirus, lack of tourists, or whatever so, be sure to check before stopping by and parking behind the building. Owners speak passable English, are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is excellent and there is a nice ocean view from the Café, where you can sit indoors or out front. Trinkets and beachwear are available at the small gift store displays. The menu is subject to change but, the Herb Sausage sandwich, I had was delicious and, I'll probably stop by for another one in the near future. The entrance requires a bit of stair climbing but, would be stroller or handicap friendly, with a little caution. Japanese Yen is the currency to use and, next visit I'll inquire about credit card usage for the tab.

We stopped by Banana Cafe on our way back from Cape Hedo, we ordered the chicken and hamburger Burritos, they were delicious! The staff was so nice and spoke great English, everything was made to order! Highly recommend!

Quaint and cozy little eatery with some amazing views, seats and service. Food was pretty good for for how remote is it!

Perfect place to stop for lunch. You can not get tired of the ocean view! The food was excellent - I ordered the jerk chicken burrito and it was perfectly spicy. There is outdoor seating and to-go orders are acceptable. Parking is ample. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English.

Saw this cute shop while heading to Cape Hedo and decided to stop on the way back and it was a great decision!!! Grilled cheese was excellent, fresh refreshing pineapple juice and pineapple, brown sugar and sweet potato gelatos were all delicious, definitely would stop again!!!!

The store is nice and cozy. The owner recommended us to visit cape hedo. He said we can see whale so we went there.Unfortunatly we didn't see the whale but it was beautiful place. Thank you and I would like to visit again^^
