町外から仕事の途中で立ち寄りました。
普段使わない種類のはがきを買いにきたのですが、窓口の方に簡潔で分かり易く、丁寧に説明してもらい商品を案内していただきました。
局内も清潔感があって、小さな局ながらフロアスペースに圧迫感も無く立ち寄りやすいと感じました。

メルカリの発送をお願いしました。ローソンを経由したんですが、私初めてで何もわからなくて、不手際をしてしまいました。
でも、説明不足も悪いと思います。なのに、下田郵便局の男性配達員は何も知らないくせに僕に「困るんですよ」とふてぶてしい態度で注意してきました。郵便局は悪くないのに、この男性配達員のせいで、最低評価にさせてもらいました。

窓口の年配のお姉様方は皆親切！
ですが、眼鏡をかけた３０代の女性の方と後ろの男上司さん。
生真面目に切手1枚1枚、時間をかけてチェック。
仕事が出来ないレベルの遅さ。
丁寧な仕事！のレベルでない。

お客の時間を奪いすぎ！
丁寧と仕事が出来ないを掛け違いしている２人。
二度と利用したくない郵便局！！！
