Great Hotel with lots of amenities for kids and adults. There are 3 different restaurants that you can choose , Japanese style , Foreign style and an open buffet. Nearbybthere is a very big Kids entertainment park with animals and toys.
Restaurants starts from 8 pm and you can enjoy the hot springs( inside the hotel).

Including japan local ,Chinese dumpling,desserts,ice cream
And then you can enjoy hotspring to relax the tour tiredness and also go to the forest to absorb the energetic air .

Although the facility is a little dated, it was very tidy, clean, and lively. The onsen was great! The food was great! The service for families and small children was also excellent.

me and my husband are regularly come 2 or 3 times a year, we like the onsen and ambiance and foods. The staffs are very polite. i give 5 stars.

The buildings are well maintained. The facilities are functional, useful, and helpful. The staffs are doing their best to make all visitors happy and relax.

1歳、4歳の子供がおり、おもちゃ王国とのプランでこちらのホテルを予約しました。部屋におもちゃのあるメゾネットの部屋を予約しました。レビューが悪かったので戦々恐々としていましたが、とても快適でスタッフの方々の対応も良かったです。

お部屋におもちゃがあるプランだったので、子供も部屋でも楽しく過ごすことができました。小鳥のおもちゃが気に入って、売店で販売してたら良かったのになと思いました。

食事もよかったです。子供が好きなメニューがたくさんありいつもよりモリモリ食べていました。離乳食もあり、ありがたかったです。確かに混んでいて、忙しない感はありますが、子供が多いからそこは仕方ないのかなと思います。

部屋自体も綺麗でした。古さはあまり感じなかったです。

おもちゃ王国もたのしくて、ホテルのステイも満喫できて、とても良い旅になりました。

台灣近期發生了二次比較大的地震，第二次發生時我正在日本，並沒有感受到。
在這間飯店入住的當日，看見大廳有張立於地面非常大的公告牌，上面寫著對於台灣的關心（已發生第一次地震花蓮天王星大樓傾倒），這間飯店不僅有捐款，更寫著問候到來的台灣旅客，與為台灣加油的溫暖文字。
或許會來此入住的台灣旅客不少，但我認為一間企業能在短短幾天，就迅速的表達支持地行動，與友好且善意的關心，這樣的心意，真的很難得且珍貴。
走在屋外歐式建築的小徑上，還可以看見幾處尚未融化完全的殘雪，相信這裡不只是春天，涼夏避暑，入秋或冬雪更會別有一番動人的景緻，冬天泡湯更是暖呼呼。
強烈推薦有意來此旅行，特別是家族旅遊的人也很適合，就像這裡支持著台灣一樣，希望台灣人一年四季，也能夠來這裡住滿它～

外観は可愛いですが少し古びております。
が、レストランは改装されたのでしょうとてもキレイです。
バイキング形式でいろいろ工夫され美味しく食事をいただけました🍚🍞
スタッフの方々も感じ良かったです👍研修中のスタッフも頑張ってました〜😁

2回目の宿泊でしたが、何度来てもとても素敵なHOTELです。
高原の森の中で静かな場所にあり、館内外共にとてもお洒落でクラッシックな建物なので日常を忘れゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。また温泉風呂も大きく露天風呂や洞窟風呂等があり大変良かったです。
夕食のバイキングもリニューアルされて素敵でした。
おもちゃ王国と同じ敷地内なので遊びに行く際の宿泊には、遊園地パックプランが最適です！
