昭和40年３月卒業、現在71歳でフィリピン在住です、当時は校舎は三棟、東から平屋の旧校舎
中央に二階立ての本校舎、西に二階建ての新校舎がありました。
新校舎の南に講堂があり全ての建屋は木造で渡り廊下で行き来した。プールが出来たのは私が卒業後でした、冬は炭火が朝配られ夏は30℃が最高でエアコンも扇風機も無い、給食は私が木崎小に入学した年から始まりました。昭和39年６月に新潟地震があり震度4の揺れを記憶しています。今思えば当時の教師は個性的で体罰も当たり前それでも児童からは尊敬と信頼がありました。今思えばそれは人の生きる道筋と何が大切かを指導する為に必要不可解であったと言えるでしょう。
