Ginkonyu

Great place to take a bath. 800 and something yen. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap is provided. They have an indoor and outdoor bath. Great place to stop when motorcycle touring to get clean and feel refreshed.

I was there 05.03.2023~07.03.2023 in ‘Ginkonyu-Onsen’. There was very kind people. Especially, Owner and his wife have a lot of kindness. The Onsen have 5 outside hot spring and 2 inner hot spring. However, in winter, they can open only 3 that among outside hot spring 5. This is because the leaves of the tree next to the other hot spring fall, exposing your naked body to the outside. Nevertheless, 3 hot spring outside was so beautiful and gorgeous!! In my personal opinion, if you go to there, I recommend what you take humidifier. You be able to feel so dry because of Japanese traditional room ‘Tatami’. Unfortunately, I could not try to ask the front desk. This is because I’m so grateful and sorry for their kindness. So, I don’t know that they can lend it to you. All food was great. When I leave there, I talked that I will come back there next year to wife of owner. That was a great place.

A super amazing 温泉旅館!! Best 温泉旅館 ever in Hokkaido for me!!To be honest, I want to keep this place secret because I don’t want people who are noisy to stay. All visitor here enjoy silence or sound of nature . If you are real nature lover, I definitely highly recommend!!
Other than main bath in the building, this ryokan has 5 outside bath (露天風呂）and all are in the forest and located along the river. They are all private use. I took 3 of them. All of them were surrounded breathtaking beautiful nature. So amazing!! The each distance from ryokan are from 5min to 10min walk. The system may be a little bit complicated for non-Japanese speaking tourist. If you really want to go, I recommend to visit with Japanese friend or someone who can speak Japanese.
As for food, also awesome! Actually I didn’t expect on food because it’s located in the mountain area and it’s not famous tourist spot but it was beyond my expectation!! I told them that My husband didn’t eat meat before we come and they prepared seafood pot for my husband. All place in the building are very clean and decorated authentic 生け花(which is Japanese art of flower arrangement)here and there, felt high grade hospitality. There are two types of rooms. One is called 本館(honk an) and the other is called 新館(shinkan). Formar one has no toilet in the room and have to use the one out of the room but price is cheeper and another type includes the bathroom. I stayed 新館 this time but I’d like to stay 本館 next time. It’s old but still charming! Its retro atmosphere is really attractive for me.
One thing I have to say, some of staff are very shy, you may think they are unfriendly but it’s not true. The first impression of Hokkaido people tend to be thought unfriendly sometimes especially in countryside but it’s because just shyness. Their heart are warm. If they look unfriendly, please don’t be disappointed.

Two nights is a great traditional onsen, with the BEST food . Sad about the weather on day two but made the cosy & friendly atmosphere of the Onsen all the more enjoyable.
Don't miss the several out door onsen across the river !

This is where you can get all the fun about onsen. Very rustic, natural and cool onsen experiences. Ryokan itself is simple and very clean. Food was average but great portion. People here are very friendly. Most of them can’t speak English but they are always happy to help. The girl I made booking with used to live in Australia and is very nice and helpful! I can’t wait to come back again in late autumn for the red leaves! Highly recommended!

A great place to retreat.

Fantastic onsen in the middle of the forest. So much better than onsens in Nobaribetsu. Stuff is super nice. We were there 2 years ago and going back this year again.

One of the best hotel ever lived. 5 star service, 5 star view, and 5 star food.

It is a kind super nice and quiet secret spot to stay for relaxing among the snow all over the tree,ground in winter time.

札幌から片道4時間くらいで雪道を、、
従業員の皆様は接客どうこうより優しさや配慮を感じる対応をしてくださりました。食事も美味しく大満足です。部屋は廊下があったり広く良かったのですが、手前の旧館?の部屋がちらっと見えた時に狭い印象を受けたので、広い部屋を予約出来て良かったなと。そしてなにより雪山で全裸になり川を眺めながらの嫁との露天風呂。なかなか新鮮な体験をさせてもらいました。虫が苦手なので春先にしましたが多分正解でした。

今回は日帰り入浴で訪問しましたが、是非一度は宿泊で訪問してみたい温泉旅館です。 1ヶ月前くらいから予約で一杯の事が多いので、宿泊される方は要注意。

ここはとても温泉の泉度が濃くて清潔感があって長時間入っていたい程気持ちの良い温泉です。 温度はそれ程熱くないのですが、すぐに体が全体ポカポカと暖まるので冷え性の方は是非訪問してみましょう。

今回初めて訪問して勝手に小さな温泉旅館を想像していたのですが、行ってみると館内、温泉、敷地どれも大きくて驚きました。 更には庭にはかなり樹齢のいった木々が生い茂っていて、川の近いロケーションもあって今では数少なくなった原風景を楽しめる贅沢な温泉旅館ですよ。

廊下や休憩所もゆったりとした工夫が沢山。 廊下には結婚ナン周年の○○式の一覧も飾ってあって思わず見イッてしまいました。 やっぱりここはいつか宿泊で訪問したいな。

冬の平日に宿泊しましたが、結構な宿泊者がいましたがほぼ中国人だったと思います。嫌な感じはしましたが、ツアー客ではなかったので割とうるさくはなかったので安心しました。
部屋は古い建物の方が風情があり個人的にはお勧めです。
風呂はさすが日本秘湯を守る会！全て満点をつけたくなる湯船でした。特に宿泊者専用という敷地内に作られた露天風呂は雰囲気も最高でした。特にトチニの湯は湯船に入った目線のまま川を見下せる素晴らしい露天風呂でした。
吊橋を渡って行くという趣向もあり、全てが温泉好きならまた行きたくなる要素になっています。
食事も地元の食材を使った美味しい物が提供されています。
ここの良さを知るには、訪問し体感することが1番だと思います。

沒有訂到住宿，所以分享日歸溫泉，12點入場可以泡到16點，沒有供應午餐，空間寬敞舒適又乾淨，湯的品質很好，泡起來皮膚有些滑順，營業時間要注意。
