Ginoza Roadside Station

What an understated roadside station (especially for kids!). The really large playground is superbly designed, there's so much to play fitted within the multi storey playground which is also adult friendly (you can watch your kids while they play).

The Soba store is also quite delicious and the shop beside it serves the local community and sells very affordable products which we bought to cook for dinner!

This is definitely a spot to bring the family can relax for a few hours. Totally wonderful experience than this of a park visit in the United States, plus there is a local cultural connection with delicious food selections from Okinawa dishes to American treats.

Great place for children and families. Large wet playground and fun. Big place for parents to rest and relax. We spent the whole morning there and lots of fun. The food and drink in restaurant is great. There is shower facility (hot) for ¥200 per 3 mins. The facility is clean and tidy.

My kids had so much fun, ages 11, 9 & 6. It was a bit crowded, but it’s hot & it is summer! There was plenty of shade to sit in at the splash pad & the park. The park also had misters that were nice. There was also a snow cone van while we were there 300¥ each.

Great quality local fruits with surprisingly reasonable price. There also was a few food-van serves people local foods like Okinawa soba.

We always walk around since it’s just a couple of walks from our house. Super family and kids friendly. ❤

Great stop off if you have kids. There is a free playground and water playground. Ice cream and 7-11 store for all your needs. Cheap fruit and veggies too. Would definitely reccomend and return!

One of the best areas on the island! Playground for kids, water play area for kids, grocery store with local goods, restaurants and excellent coffee shop at Ginoza Farm Lab. A really Oki gem!

Great place to stop by if you have young kids. Huge jungle gym type playground and a free water play area. There are various food vendors outside, and a hamburger shop inside, and a lounge with an great ocean view, plus a baseball museum and a tourist information center. There's also a market and a plant shop, and a 7-11 next door.

A good stop to relax and unwind. The very best burger bun you will ever get in Okinawa.

Very clean open spaces. The kids had so much fun! Water area is closed for a short time, but it’s the perfect lunch break.

Just a really nice playground but set on the perfect area. Cute Splash pad, really great playground area with big slide, bountiful drink and ice cream vending machines, little snack shop, tiny grocery next door and top floor of building is a great burger restaurant

Such a great area! Fun splash pad, huge park, right by the beach, delicious food, and really clean. Definitely coming back again

Nice bathrooms. Epic playground. Lots of shade. Several vending machines or smaller shops to get food or coffee. 10am the fountains turn on for the splash pad. Bring your own towels. Bathrooms are very nice with nice changing rooms.

Super fun plans for the family. Great playground. Splash pad is super fun! Great locations to picnic. Plenty of sunshine and plenty of shade!

Excellent part. There's a water waiting area for the kids, and a large playground structure with seating underneath for adults and kids. A few restaurants, ice cream, and a stop selling snacks, produce, flowers, and a few other items.

Take your kids here big enough for 3-10yr olds, no swings, has a big splash pad and indoor 1-3yr old jungle gym
