常陸三十三観音一番札所・神埼寺　偕楽園の梅まつりに行ったときに訪れました。神崎寺は笠原山東光院神崎寺といいます。宗派は真言宗で聖観音を祀っています。ご本尊は大日如来だそうです。常陸三十三観音の一番だけでなく、北関東三十六不動尊霊場の二十七番でもあるようです。別名開運水戸不動尊とも言われているようです。
