Hotel New Otani - The Main Shopping Arcade

We did not stay her but transmitted thru for transport and staff were extremely helpful

Beautiful hotel and has a view of Mount Fuji 🗻

The New Otani is often overlooked by its newer competitors but it's fantastic price value: big rooms, 5***** service and reasonable price. The location is also great. The food and shopping inside the hotel is also high level (more expensive than the rooms though).

Gorgeous place in Tokyo. Not city center but there's an area just down the street with a variety of many shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the evening. The metro is just next to the building and they have the most lovely garden. Easy to take metro and get around anywhere.

The staff were quite friendly and attentive, the room was OK, all amenities were there, and most importantly they didn't hurt my stuffed penguin while cleaning the room. Only 10 minute walk to metro station. Far but not far. Yeah.

The hotel is well located in a good location in the Akasaka area. Close to many restaurants, metro 🚇 station. The lobby area of the hotel is impressive with restaurants and shops. Money Exchange machines are available in the premises of the hotel but I found a better exchange rate elsewhere.

Breakfast and complimentary Internet were included with the room cost. 4 restaurants provided breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

There is a bus 🚌 airport limousine service to and from Hanida and Narita airports. Hanida is a closer airport to the hotel and therefore transport is cheaper. The price of the limousine is much cheaper than a taxi but takes longer.

Although the staff were so polite and friendly but I was not allowed to stay until 1600. I was told to checkout no later than 1500. I was allowed to join new otani club. Being a member, I was able to use the lounge with complementary soft and hot 🔥 drinks. The room was not sound proof as I was able to hear neighbors conversations late night from the room.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The overall rating is 4.5 so I rounded it up to 5

One of the high end hotel chains. Easy to reach from both Narita and Haneda. Airport limousine stops right inside the premesis. Located in the heart of Chiyoda Ku. Hotel staff helped with moving bags. Check-in completed under 1minute. Great experience

New Otani is one of the many top hotels in Tokyo conveniently located close to Akasaka Mitsuke, which is around a 10 minute or so walk away from Tokyo Midtown/Roppongi.

Excellent service, beautiful gardens and spacious rooms. Short walk to the JR station. Well worth it.

Very nice hotel in the central of Tokyo City. Friendly and nice staffs, many good restaurants inside, beautiful garden and the price is reasonable.

Classy place, location is quite good. The service was impeccable, but buffet breakfast was a bit lacking.

This hotel is big and beautiful... it has a huge garden within the compound and even a restaurant outside

Sky rotate restaurant is good view but food is fair taste.
