I was a teacher here for 3 years my students were great I loved my time and all of the people in Aito

昔は教師の入れ替わりが少なく、使えない教師や精神に異常のある教師
の掃き溜めと言われていた。今は改善しているのだろうか…

その頃は生徒同士で生じるいじめだけでなく、教師による生徒へのいじめ（パワハラ）がひどかったと聞いている。被害者の訴えにやはり学校は無視し取り合わなかったとも。
いじめられた子供の両親（公務員）が教育委員会に吠えたとかで、翌年にほとんどの教師が入れ替えになったそう。
