あんまり記念切手売ってない。窓口の人に聞いても分からないみたいな回答だった。

窓口にいる年配女性の接客態度がひどい。来た時、帰る時、何も挨拶なし。
こんな態度の職員を窓口に置いて、ここの局長は何も思わないのか。それとも局長までも人を見下すような人柄なのか。とても不快な郵便局。

→人を経済力で値踏みしている点で、あまりにも職業的下心が見え透いている。
●自分の説明力不足を、顧客の理解力不足へと、傲慢にねじつける。
→相手の理解力と背景知識を察せずに、自分の偏ったものの見方で、一方的に説明を言い立てている。

相手の立場を弁えずに、自分の好き嫌いで客を待遇するのは、職業倫理以前の問題に違反しています。
