毛利ゆかりの寺また隠れキリシタン墓地があります。お寺には毛利の家紋があり、境内の表側には毛利の家紋と裏紋が並んだ石造りの策で構えて、まだ、裏には毛利ゆかりの誰か分かりませんが、立派なお墓がありました。松陰先生と伊豆で渡航を企てた金子重輔の石碑もあるんだよね❗苔むした境内で東光寺、大照院似次ぐお寺だね‼中国の仏光寺と同じく五台山の額が掛けてありました。一度訪ねてね＼(^o^)／

仏光寺の「木造文殊菩薩騎獅像」は２５年に一度開帳される秘仏です。このクチコミを書いている平成29年(2017年)は秘仏が開帳される年にあたります。4月25日から数日間がチャンスです。
