熊本銀行はいつも利用して居ます預金口座、定期預金もしています待たなくて済むし、窓口の係方も、分からないことがあれば、てつだつてくれます私の自宅近くにあるので助かって居ます笑顔が素敵方が大好きな銀行です

駐車場が狭く、少ない。混雑する道にあり駐車困難。
駐車場の空きが待っている間に他の車に入られ…ようやく停めて新規口座開設の番号札をとり15分ほど待つと、「新規口座は予約制のため、予約なしではできません」とのこと。

それならば番号札とる際に「今の時間は受付不可」「予約制」などとアナウンスするべきでは？
番号札とれたらそりゃ待ちますよ。
ただでさえ駐車場で時間食ったのに時間の無駄でした。
それと駐車場が停めれるかもわからないのに、口座開設が時間予約制なのは不便です。

近くの他銀行に行くとすんなり口座開設してもらえたので、二度と利用しません。
