お堂は宝形造。
境内には，六地蔵（七基），
明治三十二年(1899年)五月西国坂東秩父(日本百観音)巡礼供養塔，
明治三十二年(1899年)五月健之銘の石登段寄附記念碑などの石造物が複数確認できた。
また，個人墓地と見られる墓地がある。
