Grandia Housen

Our party of 3 went and stayed at one of their ground floor suites with a private onsen in August 2023. The room was gorgeous, the meals were gantastic, and their hospitality was top notch. Their manager welcomed us warmly during check-in, and their owner surprised us with a gracious visit at the beginning of our dinner service....I can go on and on...just go. Highly recommended.

Great service, great baths but most famous for its buffet. Best buffet I ever had in Japan

I honestly would give 10 stars if I could. The experience was incredible from start to finish. Service was immaculate. The accommodations beautiful. We stayed in a suite with a private onsen. I highly recommend to anyone.

I stayed at a western style room in Yutorogi-Tei Annex. The room facilities are very modern, the open-air bath is excellent with adjustable temperature setting.

The public bath is new & spacious. Because we stayed at Yutorogi-Tei, we can use another indoor public bath which is also good.

Yuuzen Kaiseki dinner was served in dining restaurant 'Yuuzen'. All dishes were presented fabulously & tasted really good. We are very delighted that the Executive Chef introduced to us the dishes himself & the owner of the ryokan also came and greeted us. It is very rare you can find such high quality Kaiseki with such a reasonable price.

During my whole stay we can feel the hospitality of the staff.

I would definitely recommend Grandia Housen to people who are looking for a very high quality ryokan to stay at Awara Onsen. I would stay here again next time I visit Fukui.

Wonderful new remodeled rooms and top notch dinner - a true gem

We had crab feast. The portions are incredible. We couldn't finish them all.
Service is super good. Food is exceptionally good. Onsan is great. Worth a visit, definitely will go back again. Recommended.

Great relaxed spa

This hotel has large, clean and illuminated spa.
There is open air bus and sauna too.
You can relax very much.

And there is large room.

I can recommend this hotel strongly.

Rooms are big and bright. Air bath in room giving perfect relaxation time and foods are brilliant.

Nice quiet hotel when we visited. Reception was dated but overall pretty clean. Rooms are spacious and food was brilliant.

Love the onsen and delicious food. Only thing that bothers me is the use of elevators when there are a lot of customers.

Food is great, you will love the friendly atmosphere.

Interesting experience. I personally recommend visiting public bath on 5th floor.

Excellent Onsen, excellent food (especially echizen crab), excellent services.

特に夜ごはんのお寿司が美味しかった！
従業員の皆さんも丁寧に接客していただいて、とても楽しい旅行になりました♪♪

I use the ryokan more than 12 times a year. This is my first time in Fukui and I used this Grandia House ryokan. The staff were so friendly and bright and I could feel the sincerity of their customers. The room was clean and the hot spring was great, and the food was the best. It was a ryokan with many guests, but the quality of the food was so good and I could see how much effort they put into it. The draft beer and beverage service in the lounge were also good. I think it would be a choice without regrets if you recommend this place to someone.

나는 매년 12회 이상 료칸을 이용한다. 이번엔 처음으로 후쿠이를 왔고 이 Grandia Housen 료칸을 이용했다. 직원들은 너무나도 친절하고 밝았으며 그들의 고객에 대한 진심이 느껴졌다. 방도 깨끗하고 온천도 너무 좋았고 음식은 정말 최고였다. 이곳은 숙박객도 많은 료칸이지만 음식의 퀄리티가 너무 훌륭했고 얼마나 정성을 다하는지 알수가 있었다. 라운지의 생맥주와 음료수 서비스도 좋았다. 누군가에게 이곳을 추천한다면 후회없는 선택일 것이라고 나는 생각한다.

私は毎年12回以上旅館を利用します。 今回は初めて福井に来て、このグランドia Housen旅館を利用しました。 従業員はとても親切で明るく、彼らの顧客への真心を感じました。 部屋もきれいで温泉もとても良かったし、食べ物は本当に最高でした。 ここは宿泊客も多い旅館ですが、料理のクオリティがとても素晴らしく、どれほど真心を尽くしているかが分かりました。 ラウンジの生ビールや飲み物のサービスも良かったです。 誰かにここを推薦したら後悔のない選択だと私は思います。

ここみち亭の露天風呂付き予定だったが、ホテルの都合により別邸のことぶき亭になりましたが、部屋広い、綺麗、露天風呂最高！！
あと接客も丁寧でサービスもよかったし夕食のバイキングの質も素晴らしくて満足でした。是非また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

本当に接客が神対応！また行きたくなる！食事も本当に美味しくて、とくにお寿司とステーキのネタ・素材の質が良く凄く美味しい！
お洒落に盛り付けされ目でも楽しませて貰い美味しさが伝わってきます！　親も連れて行ってあげたくなりました。
