滋賀県の愛荘町は、小学校の男性事務職員が学校給食費約６９０万円を着服していたと発表しました。町は刑事告訴も検討しています。

給食費を着服していたのは、愛荘町立秦荘西小学校に勤務している２１歳の男性事務職員です。町の教育委員会によりますと、事務職員は去年８月から今年５月までの間、校長印を無断で使用するなどして、給食費の口座から現金を引き出し、合わせて約６９０万円を着服していたということです。

着服は今月１４日、給食センターから学校側に「多額の給食費が未納になっている」と連絡があり発覚しました。事務職員は「パチンコ店のスロットに使った」と話しているということで、町は今後、刑事告訴も検討しています
