行くたびにAV機器が調子悪く何回か修理に来てもらいました。対応は、早くて助かります
もうすこし日々の点検を御願いしたいですね

内装は綺麗です。店員さんは何人か態度の悪い方がいます。
部屋にある玩具は思ったより爆音です笑
エレベーター1つなので別の階で止まって顔が見えたりすることもあるので気をつけないとちょっと困ります。

日曜日宿泊で泊まり月曜日朝に出たのに13150モネ値段がかかり意味不明です。
お盆料金？？

お盆前の料金はわかるが、何日から等詳しく各部屋にでも表示を徹底して欲しい。
ホテルに行く人で小さなPOPを入口パネルに貼っていても
部屋を選びエレベーターまで
ゆっくりしている人なんていないと思う。

ご飯とドリンク付、ご飯は600円値引き、1,000円の鰻重は400円で食べれました。感激ですが、テレビ消せません、音楽つきません、料金精算時、びっくり横転🫢お盆料金と謳え、メニューに表示された金額と時間帯が全然違います。まさに詐欺です。５つ星したが、下げました。
