ここの店長は愛想がよくて本当に親身になってくれる温かみのあるお店です。いろんなドラッグチェーン店があっておしなべてどこも対応がいいのですが、特に、ここのマルエとクリエイトはチェーン店の枠を超えた人間味ある対応が魅力です。マニュアルライクなドライな冷たい対応ではないのがいい。結局、客商売は人と人とのつながりなので総合的に考えたらお客を大事に考えるならどちらがいいか明白。中にはドライな方がいいと言う人もいると思うが、そういう人はそもそも実店舗には来ないでアマゾンや楽天で買っているはず。送料除けばそっち方が安い場合も多いし。この店の場合個人の性格もあるがそういう人材は貴重だ。。
