Absolutely Outstanding! This charming establishment boasts an array of locally sourced, fresh ingredients that elevate the entire dining experience. From the meticulously crafted small plates to the rich and flavorful mushroom soup, every dish exceeded our expectations. However, the true stars of meal were the steaks. We indulged in both the succulent sirloin and the leaner ranichi cut, and they were an absolute delight – exceptionally juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. To cap off this exceptional meal, the desserts were equally delightful.

If you find yourself in the vicinity, particularly before or after visiting Mount Aso, I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Making a reservation online is a breeze, ensuring you won't have any regrets about this culinary journey.

Wonderful meal with excellent service. Appetisers were all fantastic, soup and bread were out of this world, and beef was great. Would definitely return if we are passing by this area. 100% recommend if you are looking for a nice lunch.

One of the best restaurants in Aso. Aside from the nice mountain vibes, the food were exceptionally amazing! The steak was so juicy and tender. The salad and soup were refreshing. And the curry was rich and flavorful. Definitely a must visit if you’re in town. I recommend to make a reservation prior to going. We got lucky by arriving at 11:00 and was able to get a table.

Randomly pick this restaurant and come with surprise. Such an amazing hut with amazing food. Staff and chef are friendly. Ingredients are all from local. Highly recommend for people who drives to Aso and pass by.

Amazing restaurant. Everything was delicious! Preparation of every dish was impeccable. Steak, appetizers, hamburger, desserts... Everything was so well thought of and executed wonderfully.
Atmosphere and view were great as well.

Chance upon this place for lunch and was AMAZING! What a great discovery… Aso beef perfectly cooked and that milk bun is heavenly

We are from America and have been living in Japan for a year, and this is the best restaurant we have eaten at. It’s an absolute must if you’re hiking Mount Aso and are nearby. When we arrived they were full but they still accepted us anyway. We waited just for a few minutes outside where they had a couple rope swings and hammocks for the kids to play on. The food was excellent, we ordered 2 steak and currys and 1 curry and rice. Each meal came with a soup and salad before hand which was fresh hand picked vegetables. The couple that owned the place and the chef were hospitable and very caring. The chef speaks very good English, so even know the menu is in Japanese there are pictures and he helped us order. The curry is the best curry I’ve probably had in my life. The chef also gave us tiramisu after our meal which was delightful. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

My partner and I had a great lunch at minaaso, we asked for a vegetarian menu and they fully met our expectations (although they are actually specialised in meat). The plates were full of fresh greens, a delicious soup and a great dessert. Thank you also for the Espresso, everything tasted so good! 🙂

阿蘇に来たら、やっぱりあか牛が食べたい！！そう思い立って、突然予約もせず、ランチに伺いました。親切に受け入れくださいましたが、予約はしていった方がいいと思います。
自然の中、とてもくつろげる明るい雰囲気の店内。美しい前菜は、どれもそれぞれ魅力的で美味しく楽しめます。ランイチステーキを食べました。ボリューム満点で、肉の旨味たっぷりです。焼石が付いていて、好みの焼き加減に自分で調整できます。
パンもスープも、とても美味しかったです。デザートのプリンも、コーヒーも美味しくて、とても満ち足りた幸せな時間でした。
自分へのご褒美で伺いましたが、文句なく百点！！せひまた行きたいです。

阿蘇に旅行で調べて予約して伺いました。前菜〜パン、スープ〜メイン料理〜デザート&ドリンク、本当にどれもびっくりする位美味しく頂きました。
接客もとても優しく癒やされます。

あか牛は最近は、福岡赤坂で毎回赤身を頂いていますが、
こちらのランイチ、イチボと書いてあり多少不安がありましたが
海塩でいただくと、油をあまり感じずに
美味しく頂きました！

山の中にひっそりとある場所で
陽が落ちると辺りは真っ暗で
食事が終わった頃には月と星がよく見えます

전채요리부터 마지막 디저트까지 완벽한코스였습니다. 이 가격에 이정도 퀄리티라니 감동했어요. 날씨가 좋지않아서 주변경치는 즐기지못했지만 고즈넉한 빗소리와 클래식이 어우러진 장소에서의 식사는 완벽했습니다.

從火山博物館離開後，臨時在Google上找到的餐廳，感謝招待臨時沒有預約的我們，作為離開九州之旅的最後一餐，精緻又美味，落下完美的句點。

約一年ぶりに2回目の訪問をしました。変わらず美味しい料理の数々と、温かいおもてなしと素敵な店内。
家族みんなで、大満足のランチでした！また来年、必ずうかがいます。

予約なしで伺いましたが、お腹も心も満たされました。丁寧で絵のような前菜、メインのお肉は絶妙な焼き加減でした。相方さんはカレーを追加して食べきれずごめんなさい。ゆっくりした時間がながれていたのに早食い私達は慌ただしくて。自家製パンはパン好きの私は、沢山持ち帰りたいくらいでした。阿蘇には心を元気にしに定期的に伺うので、ランチ予約して伺います。
