L'Atelier de NOTO

Amazing food by a talented chef! We have eaten at a number of Michelin Star restaurants and this restaurant is better than the ones we have tried in Tokyo. The chef, Toshiya Ikehata, is born and raised in Noto Peninsula so he uses fresh local produce in his cooking. We ordered the Dinner Course A and every dish we tried was delicious. The restaurant has a warm ambience and the service was attentive and great. Chef Ikehata-san even sent us off after we finished our meal. Highly highly recommended! 👍

Fresh seasonal vegetables and extremely delicious food, the atmosphere was quiet and beautiful in the evening and was very romantic. We enjoyed our evening here very much and the food was top notch. You certainly need a reservation and to check this place out if you love French food with a Japanese inspired twist. Will certainly eat here again next time we visit.

A beautiful wooden house typical of Japan around a small enclosed garden. Food is just delicious based on local nutriments.

Simply don't miss it if you come over here. This is the best French restaurant in Noto Peninsula as a lunch. The taste hospitality, atmosphere and price, everything is just perfect! In addition, over 90% of ingredient is from this local area, Noto.
Lunch from JPY 3,300 excluding TAX. We can use a credit card if our payment is JPY 10,000 or more. Reservations strongly recommended.

This was an extraordinary restaurant! The food was well conceived, beautifully executed and was delicious. Service was fantastic and the restaurant is tranquil and beautiful. Highly recommend.

I don't know who gave less than 5 stars, I'd give 6 if I could. Really unique ingredients which I'd never have ordered on my own, cooked in ways which blew my mind. At the same time, common ingredients and dishes were elevated and refined. Sake selection was small but perfectly chosen, staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the building with its sunlit courtyard. A real treasure which the people of Wajima are rightly proud of

料理主打輪島當季的食材，既新鮮又美味，以日本的法式料理慘餐價格來說，L'Atelier de NOTO的CP值算相當高，而且主廚在上完甜點後都會走出來跟顧客寒暄一番，是個親切的大叔，桌面上的可愛小雕像也是主廚選購的藝術家作品~
從新聞看到輪島市發生海嘯與、地震和火災等災情，感到驚訝與遺憾，希望一切平安。

アトリエドゥ能登

能登の食材を使った素晴らしいお料理の数々をいただけます。地産地消で豊かな循環を生み出しています。器なども輪島の器を使って地域のテロワールを表現しています。

2023年1月の夜に訪問しました。友人が素晴らしいと言っていたのをキッカケに訪問しました。

お店は古民家を改装したもの。すっきりと落ち着いた雰囲気で、気持ちよく過ごせます。

コースは真ん中をチョイス。デザート2つを含めて、10皿です。使われている食材は基本的に能登もので、食材の良さが伝わってきます。もちろん使われる食材は、旬なものばかりなので、とても美味しいです。

どのお料理も美味しいのですが、
まずサワラが美味しかったです。1週間くらい寝かせて旨みを引き出し、皮目はパリッと身はしっとりと焼き上げたサワラは絶品でした。

あとは野菜類、特に根菜が美味しかったです。瑞々しく、甘みを蓄えた根菜に適度に火を入れてあげて、食感や甘みが更に引き出されていました。

デザートの能登栗も美味しかったです。栗をマイナス2℃で氷温熟成して、糖度を最大限まで引き出した栗に最小限の砂糖を加えて作られた栗のペーストは滋味深い甘さでした。

店員さんもフレンドリーで、お店のことや、能登が大好きなんだな、ということがよく伝わってきました。話をしているとこっちまで楽しくなってきます。

不勉強でしたが、能登は海のイメージで、海産物だけかな、と思っていましたが、それ以外にも能登牛、山菜、キノコ、海藻、野菜が豊富に採れるとのこと。食材の宝庫でした。

是非これからも、能登の素晴らしさをお料理を通じて表現していって欲しいな、と思いました。
