A beautiful and warm family-style Italian restaurant where you can see the chef cooking. The food is delicious and refined, and the service is polite and attentive. Can feel the enthusiasm of the restaurant. Very worth mentioning.

This place is a gem, one of the best Italian food we had in Japan. Each dish was superb, rich in taste and flavors and cooked to perfection. We also loved the ambience of the place. The chef, who is also the owner could speak very good English. We loved chatting with him and the lady who served us. Definitely worth a visit, highly recommended!

Wonderful mix of Italy and Japan: from the shitake velouté with homemade focaccia, spaghetti al dente with scallops, oysters and fish in tomato sauce, to the tiramisu and the white wine, you won't be disappointed! Was lucky to find a seat for diner but should be better to book in advance as only a dozen can fit! Bravo Chef and good surf!

Charming and intimate surroundings for excellent Italian fare with a keen eye for details.

A lovely dinner, greeted by warm and friendly hosts. So accommodating in making us our own individual meals, catering for a vegetarian was absolutely no problem. A delicious meal and very much appreciated would highly recommend-if you are visiting Wajima.

Lovely, quaint little place with friendly staff / owners. Great choice for vegetarians or anyone else, flexible menu, which is great for a change (living in Japan with any dietary requirements can be tricky). My wife, my mother and I got 3 dishes and shared them. They even served these dishes already separated for us, in separate courses, amazing! Very tasty dishes tweaked for our dietary requirements. Would go there again for that personal service, much appreciated.

サーファーのオーナーシェフが作るピッザもパスタも前菜も、何もかもが美味しくて、ボリューム満点💯 店内の雰囲気も清潔感も良く 'おもてなし' も行き届いていて、良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。コスパも良い！また足を運びたいと思います！次はディナータイムに行きたいな (^^)たいへんご馳走様でした。

旅行で初めて行きました。
たまたま見つけたお店でしたが、ランチ30分前に電話して席だけ確保の上伺いました。
とてもステキなお店で内装もお料理もスタッフさんの人柄も素晴らしかったです。
人数の割にはかなりのボリュームを楽しんでしまいましたが、残すことなくしっかり食べきりました。パスタも人数分に分けて頂いたり、お皿の取り換えなども素晴らしいサービスでした。
お腹いっぱいでデザートに辿り着けなかったことだけが心残りです。
機会があればまたぜひ行きたいお店です！

またお店のすぐ近くに足湯がありますので、お時間ある方は立ち寄ってみてください。

ディナーを頂きました。
前菜からデザートまで、全てに旬の食材が使われていて、お腹も心も大満足です！
時々「お腹の具合はいかがですか」と、お気遣い下さいましたが、全てペロリと平らげてしまうほどどれを食べても美味しかったです。
パスタは２種類、最初はスパゲティで牡蠣と山菜でした。次は筍と甘エビのアメリケーヌソースのタリアテッレ！どちらも最高でした。

前菜がとても美味しかったです。オーナーさん、店員さんの接客も良く、前評判通りのステキなお店でした。

イタリアンのレストラン全国各地色々行きましたが、その中でも本当に素晴らしいレストランの一つ。オーナーさんやスタッフさんも素晴らしいです。お店に入って一瞬でファンになりました。石川県にきたら絶対に行きたいレストランです^^予約必須

地元の方に聞くのが一番と市役所受付の方に無理言って紹介してもらい来店。

ランチ1350円（税込）フォカッチャ、前菜、スープ、メインのパスタまたはピッツァまで。ドリンクとドルチェのセットは今回様子見。

結論から言うとコスパ最高、味も量も抜群。
先日食べたなんちゃってイタリアンと比べようもないセンスが感じられた。
食材を種類豊富に使い、焼き加減や塩加減が丁度良い塩梅。

最初のフォカッチャは小麦が香りしっかりした食感が悪くない。
前菜プレートとスープも自然の味わいが美味しい。
能登豚のフィットチーネは半生麺を使い一口目は硬いかな？と感じるが二口目からは丁度よい。
具は豚、ズッキーニ、松の実ともう一品。黒胡椒の振られたクリームソースが美味しい。

ピッツァマルゲリータはサイズが大きくて薄く焼かれた生地がフレッシュトマトソースに良く合う。
こちらは唐辛子オイルを掛けて。
チーズはくどくなく最後まで美味しく頂ける。
特に耳がカリカリで絶品。
この日のドルチェは二種の？ティラミスのようで450円プラスは惜しくない。
ただし、食べれたらの話だが（食事で満腹）

あくまでランチとしての評価と言うことで甘めの採点。

旅の中で1番の思い出になりました

ディナーで使わせてもらいました。貝のサラダ、のと牛すじ肉のボリート(煮込み)と特別にある材料で作ってもらったトマトパスタをいただきました。これまで食べたイタリアンの中でもかなり上位！輪島に来たらまた必ず来ます。

パスタのランチセット1800円を利用。素材の旨味を最大限引き出しており全ての料理が並外れて美味しかった。輪島にこんなイタリアンがあったとは、恐れ入る。
