Red Lobster

Surprised to see how empty the restaurant is considering how good it is and that the service is amazing.

There aren't a lot of Red Lobsters where we live, so we eat here whenever we get a chance.

Our food was served piping hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. The raw oysters were fresh. Our waitress was “Ball.” Very nice young lady, very professional, and very attentive. She spoke English perfectly and Japanese and really made us feel welcome and enhanced our dining experience. Please tell her “thank you” for her kindness and professionalism.

Good food and great service! I went there expecting a menu similar to the states and it was very different. Despite the menu not being what I expected the food was wonderful!

This American seafood restaurant is very good. The Lobster and shrimp are fresh and cooked just right and not dry.
We wanted the small lobster but they sold out so we had payed a bit extra for a bigger one. The staff showed us the lobster, which is fresh and alive and after they cooked it, they take apart for us to eat. The staff was help full and understands English.
I wish they had this restaurant all over the world. I will try it again at a different place next time.

Food was good, per usual need to work on my japanese. But all in all great experience would 100% recommend can be pricey if you make it pricey but, everything came as ordered no complaints. It also has parking that just a little walk away.

The food was delicious!
The steak was very tender and juicy, lobster was fresh, and the seafood soups we're exquisite.
Plus, their service was quick.

Be advised.

If you are driving, you go the back gate. Follow the map to red lobster. You don't need to pay the ¥1000 if you're only going to red lobster and not to the park. But you do need proof of reservation to do this. We learned the hard way

The staff was very friendly, quick and professional. Our order came very quickly. Menu items were plentyful. Decorations were nice. Beer was enjoyable!

Good food, drinks on point, we ordered too much as usual 😅 but absolutely everything was great 👍
